Have you ever noticed how work often gets a bad wrap? It's common for us to complain about work. We talk about how much we dread Mondays. We say TGIF to celebrate the end of work for another week. It's really something and I get caught up in the same cycle sometimes.
But, the reality for me is that I feel really lucky to do the work that I do. I enjoy the people that I work with and I look forward to being in the office most days. There's no doubt that I'd rather spend more time with friends and family. But, I get a fair amount of that too.
All of that said, I just felt the need to give work its props. I'm glad to have a job and I'm thrilled to work for my company. It's all good. Go work!
